Awwww. 4-season hardstuck silver guy wants to educate us. You are cute though.
First of all, the game you were in was completely winnable. Your Kaisa was incredibly fed.
Then, you need to realize what actual good players mean when they surrender. It's games that are lost. Really lost. Having my Kaisa being basically full build doesn't equal lost game. I never surrender those. If you actually had good game knowledge and experience, you would know when the game is lost.
Now, let's assume that you manage to win a game that I'd consider 100% lost. Well, 99%. It probably happened because someone from the enemy disconnected, or the enemy team started trolling by being too sure they already won.
The problem here is two things:
-
It's out of your control. It requires the enemy team to fuck up, and even so, you probably won't win. Thing is, you can't do anything about it. You can try your hardest and you will still lose 99% of the time.
-
Sure, if we play 100 games that are surrender-able, I will lose all 100, you will lose 99 and win 1. So you get more LP than me, right? Sure, in those particular 100 games, you do. But, during the time it takes for you to play out all these games (let's say around 15 minutes), I can bust out so many more games that I WIN. 100 games, 15 minutes each, let's assume that finding teammates, champ select, loading and game time is around 45 minutes, eventually I will get 33 more games than you that I WIN. So, while you sit there and try hard to win a lost game, I'm getting games in and win and that's one of the reason why I'm currently Plat 5, and you are hardstuck silver for 4 seasons now.
