Why you should not ban ADC's

ADCs all ultimately do the same thing. Odds are if you ban one, someone similar will get brought out instead.

I mean, there are only 19 ADCs in total, versus like 50+ top laners.

Clearly there isn't a lot of room for differences in the role. So what's the point of banning Caitlyn if you'll just face Jhin instead then? Of course there are differences, and if one is really op then it really matters. Just my best guess.

Because no ADCs are really worth banning right now.

Kog'Maw and Graves - maybe Sivir - are the only ones you can justify banning atm.

I wouldn't say that ADCs aren't ban worthy. Jhin and Graves come to mind.

It's just the state of the meta right now has shifted heavily since the beginning of the season. At the moment there are more than enough top laners and junglers to take up the ban section. Earlier in the season it was different.

Bot lane bans just aren't as useful unless they're preferential bans in a 4-5 person team that is communicating.

Meta shifts, the moment there are some harder to deal with threats then adcs. Several months ago how ever it was not uncommon to see graves kog quin bans, go back even further and there has been a time where lucian and vayne where common bans.
