Can we buff teemos E?

Let's double his shrooms ap ratios while we're at it and make him invulnerable when he's laughing.

God no, this is a terrible idea, he's in a solid spot right now.

he is a toxic champ that does not need to be viable until he's been fully reworked

buffing his E wouldn't be a horrible idea but I would not mess with his ratios they're right where they should be. He does just enough damage at this point, not too much and not too little.

His E has potent synergy with and and Red buff, so if anything I would extend the dot duration of his E by 1-2 seconds, this would make a poison finisher just a tad stronger and would also allow for better poke on his part.
