Anivia for like two seasons. I actually see a lot of unpopular champions mostly because I play them but even not counting when play them I have probably have seen more asol then I have seen velkoz this season.

Maokai i see him on aram, sure, but not on the rift. Olaf should be reworked but eh, he get's to ignore cc so what is really left of his power budget.
