Lulu needs actual buffs, both mid and support

She only has a 49% winrate in mid lane and a 47% winrate. But be careful of what buffs you make Riot. You don't want Lulu winrate to skyrocket 8%.

It's all about the player, Lulu is EXTREMELY over powered versus any kind of assassin (Zed, Fizz, Talon) She relies on her enemies to overcommit on her to pull her kills due to her sustain, as a Lulu main a 47% win rate is bizzare because this champion is extremely versatile and can keep her team and herself alive, until late game that is.

Late game she becomes all about pure utility. It's amazing.

Her WR is just low because she's out of meta at the moment, as well as being a high skill champ.

Her support is kinda meh (personal views may vary) just because early game you have to decide between lane pressure or utility safety. She is very dependent on adc being a big lane threat.

yeah the new nerfs of lulu are terrible i don't know who thought it was a good idea to nerf her, but now shes unplayable. i don't even want to play her now its so bad . she ineffective and useless even the new runes don't help her in the slightest. please return her the previous patch.
