Conqueror rework. Tank rebalancing. Stuff like that.

I figure just flat adaptive damage, and not true damage. Maybe having stacks begin and refresh on hitting enemy champs or turrets and not minions. Though, honestly, I may be a bit biased in my solutions; my favorite tanks were driven out of lane in part of conquerors.

Still, with the more flexible stat options Riot suggested for preseason, I would rather see how it would affect gameplay in general before making any dedicated suggestions for Conqueror.

So kinda like fever mixed with item 3005 but adaptive, right? I would agree with that move.

More or less. Figured it might be a boon to some fighters (might even help balance Diana, in theory.)

Yes rework item 3091 but don't buff to Volibear rework him. He is on the priority list for reworks.

He is on the list to be reworked and he does need one he is too bianary.

I agree the only concern I have is they have just gotten better about not instantly buffing or nerfing new champions/reworks and watching to see how they play out which they should but things like Graves and Jax yeah need to be nerfed quicker.
