i have no idea why even nerf Eve... she isn't even a top tier jungler right now... they also reverted Zyra's knockup buff... i seriously have no idea what the balance team is even thinking right now

The thing with nerfing her base stats is she's kind of bad when even or behind. This is going to force her to snowball or feed just a little bit more.
