It's been the fourth time in past eleven game that's there been smurfs advertising elo boosting in my ranked games. Twitch/Youtube advertisers are bad enough, the boosters are making the ranked experience even worse. The boosters makes low elo games unwinnable by the opposite side and the boosted person makes makes it hell when they play in high elo games. Can we please get the korean system which holds the account user more legally responsible for their account?

Riot disabled account transfers earlier this month probably in part to reduce duo-boosting.
