Rengar Buffs? Why?

I may just be a Gold5 peasant that's too lazy to climb and thus have a less valued opinion, but at 8:56, a Rengar with no %armor pen crits a 280 armor nautilus for over 600 dmg. Riot, what part of that looks like it needs more buffs? Why are you doing this? Full tanks don't stand a chance against champs with no %armor pen, how will fighters stand a chance? What about squishies? WHAT ABOUT THE POOR SQUISHIES?! RENGARS OLD RANGE COUNTERS THE ENTIRE PURPOSE OF AN ADC BEING RANGED Then again y'all can just watch Nightblue's other videos if you wanna see what rengar does to squishies (2.5k dmg crit no exaggeration). https://youtu.be/9Yew_tiVS90

EDIT: more buffs are coming Rengar's way. That's why I'm confused to hell.

You mean his crit with dusk blade + passive + IE + Q? Oh and his ult.

So we just ignoring the fact that he is 16/4 with 4 levels on the guy? Why do people take huge extremes and think it's the norm?
