Why doesn't Wits End build out of Stinger?
seems like a better build path for the item and it would give bruiser/hybrids another cdr option.

Do bruisers really need more CDR options right now though? Plus, they would have to raise the price and Wit's is cost-efficient enough as is.
On-hit build-pathing. in general, could use a buff right now. Adding an armor+attack speed item would be a nice start. I could see stinger being added to such an item, though a recurve bow would still probably be the superior option.
