Have a hard time understanding why Leblanc was reverted
I was expecting they would at least fix why she was changed in the first place but they intentionally reverted her knowing how bad she was for the game.

Because reworked LeBlanc wasn't balanced either. There's a reason why Riot trashed her scaling in 7.5, leading to the unhealthy Gunblade build or double proccing items like Lich Bane and Revolver with her clone.
Leblanc would’ve been one of those op or trash champions (Kalista, Azir, Ryze etc.) because she was so good at every thing. She had waveclear, sustain, blink of an eye burst, teamfighting, vision control and super reliable CC.
The reason is because she died before should could kill anything with her combo, thats what made her horrible to play. Go watch LLstylish getting killed compilation. She was force into a build relying on gunblade damage and lichbane to do her job aswell as electrocute.
