Whenever I jungle I always have low cs

From ganking so much, anyone know how to balance ganking and farming? I gank a ton, which helps my lanes, but i don't like taxing so my cs is pretty low.

Are all your ganks successfull ? If yes dont change anything if no :

Can you indentify which ganks will be very probably unsuccessfull, before you actually gank ?

If yes, then do not go for these ganks, if no, learn to recognize them (revue your replay, see the not so successfull ganks and try to find some comon points).

Also after a gank when your teammate died you can shove the lane (do it totaly then, dont let a huge wave building for the ennemy) so it resets and their opponent lose a lot of farm. Bonus : you got some CS AND the ennemy lost some as well (if it's already pushing slowly toward your mate and he will be on time to get all these CS, please, dont).

Jungles always have low cs. If you feel you are ganking too much, then do a full clear of top jungle and then look to gank top or mid, and then clear bot jungle and look to gank bot or mid. This way you are ganking during jungle timers

Dont sit in a bush to wait for a ganking opportunity. Plan which lane you want to gank, tell the lane in advance you're going top side and gank if it's there or clear then gank. Dont stand around waiting for them to do something then gank, its a waste of time and inefficient. If the gank in a lane isnt there dont force it and go clear your other side or go invade the enemy jungle. Invading is one of the best things you can do to set the other team behind without relying on your laners

If the other jungler is there it puts pressure on them to defend, can kill the camps theyre working on and walk out, or if theyre low can just kill them. If they arent there you can take their camps to bump your CS and exp while lowering theirs, and if their camps arent there just set up some super deep wards so you can track them and plan around where they arent

You need to keep up with the enemy jungler. That's the most important thing when jungling. If you see that enemy jungler is ahead, just go power farm jungle creeps and buy lots of wards. Just running to someones lane in hopes to gank someone for gold and exp isn't really going to work anymore. Unless you coordinate the gank really well somehow. But enemy jungler with the exp/gold advantage can EASILY ruin that attempt if he's competent enough. And that's how most people throw games too.

I do have this same problem. All I can say is that you need to be more assertive: if a lane's begging for ganks constantly and it's not a good opportunity or there are places you could be that would be more productive you just don't gank. If they're getting camped, tell them to ward and play safe and you'll be up to countergank OCCASIONALLY, because a lane being camped eases the pressure on your other lanes. If the enemy jungler can't get to your laner, they won't gank as much because it won't be easy gold anymore. Remember - you don't gank exclusively to help a lane that's doing bad, you gank if you're sure you'll get something from it or to countergank. A summoner spell, a kill, etc. Also, as said in one of the other comments, keep up with the enemy jungler as best you can.

Set yourself a certain time for the gank; don't keep waiting out forever. If you're constantly ganking, you can try taking sweepers to help clear wards. This is especially good when you're camping one lane.

What I do is gank until someone else is fed enough to gank for me; then I either farm my jg or farm their lane when they aren't there.

Jungle pathing. Don't just randomly take camps . When you gank a lane and get a kill you usually want to help the laner push to the tower (that gets you some cs )

Also low cs doesn't matter cause a jungle monster gives a lot more gold than an minion ( gromp , blue , big wolf , red , big wraith , big krug do)
