Klepto+Barrier+Flash= Safe farming unkillable scaling BS

How is it possible that such combination even exists, how are you supposed to win against a champion that has Klepto + + ???? that makes every champion fucking unkillable in the laning phase of the game especially if you add dashing abilities that a champion may have to further increase the survivability like etc.

Not only does it give you gold but also health/ mana potions and wards to infinitely sustain the lane and be 1 or 2 items ahead of you by the first back.

Take advantage of the fact that they don't have a damage keystone. Riven doesn't have Conqueror? Pick Renekton and kick her head in. I can only speak from a top lane perspective but Riven should only ever be taking Klepto in match-ups that she can't kill her opponent, Klepto isn't used as a snowball tool, it's used as a I need this or "I'm going to become irrelevant after lane phase if I don't take this" tool.

I have Mastery 7 on Ezreal.

Pick Miss Fortune, Jhin, Twitch, anyone that can run up on him early-mid game and wreck his shit. You don't do jack but farm your ass off and try to survive to get your Sheen and Muramana for that mid game power spike, and even then, you BETTER play it safe and be the last one into a fight and poking from behind the back line, or you're boned. Oh, and his farming mid to late game only gets more difficult as he no longer has even a little wave clear ability.
