Fiora Rework; Her Ultimate

I absolutely love this rework Riot. It will be interesting to learn her laning phase and ideal builds with it. (I see Trinity force being pretty damn good on her actually). Also making Q no longer targeted means she actually can use it to disengage/escape.

1 Concern though is her Ult. The Healing field around where the enemy died is going to take up power budget and doesn't fit as thematically with her as it should.

It should still heal her some if pulled off, but take away the huge healing field for her allies. It should instead instantly be reusable within X amount of time of being pulled off successfully before going on CD. This rewards her being sustained damage, and good positioning on her part. It also fits far more thematically. She is the Grand Duelist after all, why wouldn't she call on "The next contender".

Her entire kit is now promoting user skill to work well, instead of just being "Do I have enough numbers to win".

Overall a very, very amazing job done. But The ult healing her team is just as weird as Evelynn's just being a slow field and shielding, and doesn't fit her as well as it COULD.

(Speaking of Evelynn, it would be amazing to have a rework of this level on her to make her actually healthy to be viable as an assassin)
