So I know Ryze is still going to be GOOD post mage-update but... excess CDR feels really bad

It looks like CDR is going to be shoved on a LOT of items. Ryze wants mana, and most of the big mana/AP items come with CDR baked in, his second preferred stat is survivbility, and with Zhonya's and Abyssal gaining CDR and rocketbelt being the new HP item ALSO having CDR, I'm not saying Ryze won't still be good, but he's going to hugely exceed 40% CDR on most builds and that doesn't FEEL good.

It would be like buying a frozen heart on a manaless champion. Even if it was the right decision (which it probably isn't) You'd feel BAD with all those wasted stats
