Which champions draw the most negativity from both teams?
I've noticed certain champs tend to get yelled at / berated in all chat more than others. For example, it's rare that you'll ever see a 'wtf sona', yet it's not uncommon to see a Shaco getting yelled at by both teams. Teemo is another example - he's an awkward fit on most teams, so most people don't want him on their team, yet he's also super annoying to play against, so enemies hate him too.
