Can we buff turrets

im tired of getting turret dived 10 minutes into the game by a tank multiple times with no consequences. turrets are supposed to be safe and force you to only attack it if you have minions. obviously late game a tank should be able to take multiple turret shots but 10 minutes in?

Why do people keep saying this and where does it say Turrets are a "safe space"? Turrets are objectives. Players are there to protect turrets, not the other way around.
