How can I get good at this game
I can only get to plat 4 23lp. What am I doing wrong to not be diamond+?

Lol I see you almost everyday. Theres something wrong with plat4 dawg. Theres no passing it right now.
I have 120-130 games in plat5 with over a 95% win rate. I have 60-70 games in plat4, with one win.
as soon as you enter plat4, you stop getting platinum teammates, and are limited to veteran low gold players as teammates. I don't know why. Ive in depth looked into my match history in detail and I haven't had 1 platinum teammate in any of my plat4 games.
