I totally understand it and accepting it.
But to compensate would it be possible to lower deceive MANA cost, so I can start giving blue buff to my mid earlier in game. Shaco is really mana hungry and lowering q mana cost won't make shaco stronger it will simply allow him to give blue buff faster, because you know sometime you have an anivia mid and if she don't get the second blue she literally afk the game or int.
Shame riot only nerfs solo queue champions because of winrates. Personally didnt feel like shaco was as big of a problem as many of the other junglers (sej, zac ect..) Coming from a mage mid main
They're already nerfing his Q? This is why I gave up on Shaco after maining him for 2 1/2 years. He ALWAYS get nerfed then when he gets a buff or a ninja buff through items or w/e he gets nerfed even more.
It's ridiculous how fast they'll nerf him but won't touch others for a whole season

, but by that time laning phase is almost over and i need the mana sustain to be able to do anything of the enemy groups or i have to leave the fight to regen mana in the jugnle

They really should lower shaco mana cost, he's way to mana hungry for an ad assassin, every other ad based jungle champ, aren't going threw there mana pool as fast as Shaco does.
It would really be a great compensation, with the upcoming deceive nerf and would make shaco more team oriented, because giving early blue wouldn't affect him as much as it does currently.
I guess yes that would be a proper buff to compensate the nerf, every single time I have a shaco he never give blue!!
