Soooooooo, what happened to the Syndra buffs ?

Rito, a while ago you where going to give us some Sydra buffs, but then you removed them from the PBE. I think that the 15% bonus true damage could have been a bit much, but IDK. Thing is , I hate the fact that Syndra has literally no passive until level 9, I just absolutely hate that. The buff to her E was nice, but my major problem is that by maxing W (Last duh, but still) you get a extra 0.5 second 40% slow, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW, how unhelpful can you get, especially when late game comes around.

Syndra's passive has always served as a means to keep her relevant mid - lategame being a mid-range immobile mage with limited aoe damage. I'm fine with her passive the way it is. The problem is that her earlygame was always her strong point, now with the Q nerfs she has no strong point at any point during the game.
