The Problem in Ranked: Trolls

Problem: If a troll is in your .que while the other team does not have a troll, there is a HUGE chance you are going to lose your Ranked match since that troll will either feed or be useless in team fights/objectives.

What is a troll?

In league of legends only, a troll is someone that joins a Ranked .que and during the match does things like feed or not listen to the team for teamwork in objectives/team fights.
For example, a laner that feeds, a jungler that does not assist laners when the 'assistance ping' is called. A person who does not 'group' to get an inhibitor, or run away from a losing team fight, etc. the list goes on

Solution:

  1. Add a report feature that can help the team distinguish the Troll: options like: 'player is inexperienced with the champion he just used' 'for the players lane, his/her cs is below ranked standards' 'player ignores teammates ping calls' ,etc. the list goes on.
  • Once the player is reported by the MAJORITY of the team and opposing team, That player must complete an X number of matches with 'bots' or 'normal's with the SAME champ before he/she can join a Ranked .que.

Why? and what does this fix?

Forcing the troll to play non-ranked matches for the purpose of improving with his champs skills (objectives, cs, K/D/A) reduces the % of trolls joining Ranked .que's and increases the fairness in Ranked, it's so unfair that you are in your promotion series and because of LUCK a troll joins your .que.

Why should we care?

I know you have been in my situation when a Troll joins ur Ranked que and throws the game for the team :/. I myself have trolled before when i bought a new champ and then join a Ranked .que, i feel regret and remorse for ruining someone elses promotion series/game.
