Huge problem

I can't seem to win ranked games anymore. I'm of the mind that it has very little to do with my skill set these days. It's like no matter what I do, I can't seem to win because my team is never up to par with the enemy team. In past seasons I'd be told to do better and die less. To be honest, I've practiced the hell out of a certain play style that suited me that enabled me to get to plat. Now, that play style is dead. Having ADHD, I actually have a huge problem playing in team fights because there's too much for me to keep track of.

I consider myself highly functional, even with ADHD. But when playing league, there are obvious issues that I have I noticed other people don't have. For example, if I'm focusing on CSing someone can walk up to my champion, attacking me, literally without me noticing. So I tend to avoid teamfight and play a split push game. It use to work, now I can't do that at all. Ever. I'm only as strong as the weakest link on my team. Its actually becoming a very frustrating experience. This game is way more frustrating than it is fun.

I really believe you don't think about all the players that you have. I really hope you stop looking at the competitive scene, honestly. The majority are casual/solo queue players. Please think of everyone.

Riot tries to meld the meta to suit the casual and competitive players, but recently they haven't been doing such a good job. League is a mental game and it does involve a lot of multitasking. I'm 99% sure I don't have adhd but my attention span used to be sometimes non existent, so I trained myself in my normal life to become more aware.

IMO, you should take a break from the game for at least 2 weeks and focus on mental conditioning.
