Can we have an AD item that gives armor too?

I mean, we already have these items vs AP heavy team... . Why cant we have the item that protects the ADCs from or Assassins could abuse it tbh, BUT the assassins already abuse the AP items to get healthy after oneshotting the whole enemy team.
