Seriously what was the point of the TF change

When it got more crit, it was Supposed to make it more appealing to adcs.

Ezreals don't build it once blue build became popular again, Miss Fortunes don't build it, prefering Duskblade, no adc who should be building it builds it, so they removed the crit and replaced it with stats that the main users of it wanted, (bruisers primarily) and were upset when it had to trade other things in exchange for crit.

This is literally Rito listening to the players, albeit pretty late.
