Malzahar Update

Now I used to play Malzahar quite a bit in ranked season 5, I stopped playing him because of no particular reason, currently he has one of the higher/if not highest winrates in the mid lane. With that being said the update looks like a buff.... does he really need one in his current state?

Also AD jungle malz is more playable though which makes me happy.
