I get keys a lot when I win a lot.

I win a lot more than I lose. haven't gotten a single key frag in a very, very long time. but enough S for all these chests.
the system is supposed to "balance it out", even if I didn't win a lot, but if I have 11 freaking chests there's a problem.

also did you know that there's actually a time period over which it becomes harder to get keys based off a monthly cycle?

Already winning pretty hard, and playing almost every day. Haven't seen a single key frag in OVER a month, which is supposed to be the reset period.
Been playing on nothing but owned champs since PRESEASON, and I get 2 keys or less per month, before it flat out STOPS. And chests are what? 4 per month? How exactly is this ever supposed to balance out???

Getting chests is easy... all you have to do is play a champ that hasn't gotten one yet and get any S.
Keys are the hard part, because they're completely random, and nothing you can do to get them to drop faster, not even playing more often... But the problem is that the amount of keys that drop per month, just doesn't match up with the amount of potential chests.
As long as you're getting the maximum potential amount of BOTH, they simply don't add up and don't balance out. That's the problem. And the problem a lot of people are having.
If you're not getting enough chests, that's on you... if you're not getting keys, it's entirely on the system, which is faulty, because they don't give the same amount in total, unless you play like 6 games a month, ever. And even if then, if you get max chests, you'd still have more chests than keys...
I've been saying this since the start of this system lol
