Question about Sivir
Is she really that strong of a pick? The spellshield is nice, but anytime I see someone play her, they lose.

Yes she's a really good adc. Even if she falls behind her ult works good with teams, he Spellsheld is great for block strong ap users that 1 hit kill and shes deals an ok amount of dmg. She counters my favorite champ But a lot of people use her wrong.
In a poorly coordinated team, and/or with allies who do not or cannot properly capitalize on Siv's contributions, much of Siv's power budget is wasted, and her remaining kit can seem lackluster.
