Hear me out on a crazy Ahri idea
What if the damage amp was on her ult like they are doing for fizz. Perhaps lower it a bit. Then a skilled ahri could dash around a fight, putting the amp on 2-3 different enemies, then hit a q through both of them.
Less oppressive than on e because its now her ult.
