Low-Priority Queue and one tiny change.

Hey, sometimes my friend get himself into low priority queues because hes an asshole. That's whatever.

When I join a party with him, I also have to wait out the queue with him. Still whatever.

But then when another friend messages me to duo ranked with him, but I don't want to leave the normal queues with my party of 5, I cannot message him back to tell him what is going on.

Can we please still use the chat features in league when one of our party members is in Low-Prority Queue?

Agree. I also have a friend like yours who gets the low queue on a somewhat frequent basis. I don't mind waiting but I think it's a bit absurd that I'm unable to access the store, mess with my rune/mastery pages, or even chat while I wait. Generally I just watch a youtube video or something but it seems silly that I'm being punished so heavily just for playing with him.
