Voli has hard CC and should use CoC, and neither are tanks. Use Grasp on Mundo.

Volibear and Mundo are both juggernauts.

Volibear has hard CC on his Q, so he takes Courage of the Colossus.

Mundo doesn't have hard CC, so he takes Grasp of the Undying.

ok, the discussion about champion classes aside.

you answer is, theyre fucked. some champions in this game, including some fighters just dont have a viable keystone they synergize with.

grasp is absolute garbage and not to be taken seriously on anyone but one or two champions like maokai who now also wants coc.

voli can go fervor, like most fighters who auto attack a lot and take extended trades.

And CoC is on a 30 second CD so I don't know how that is a counter argument.

His single target CC is typically used on someone near their team (ideally the ADC or mid laner), so he gets the full shield from it.

The cooldown of his Q is lower than the cooldown of CoC, so he can proc CoC with his Q easily.

The cooldown also isn't particularly long. Without CDR and at max rank he can use it three times before CoC is back off cooldown.

Yea on Nunu I'm forced to take grasp even in the jungle. Even without strength of the ages, I ended the game with 5.2k hp. Literally ran around in circles throwing snowballs, eating minions, and ulting. Love that yeti haha

Voli has the ability to proc CoC btw. Flip counts. Mundo....................... can take Bond of Stone. That's the best I can think of. 2% damage reduction is nothing to sneeze at with the free hp he gets constantly.
