Mf's team did not build against the dmg type that kench does.

While kench's team seems to have built up quite of bit of armor :).

Making kench appear to do more dmg, and MF appear to not do as much damage.

Tahm's team has 3 tanks in it, 2 of which built Frozen Heart which reduces attack speed so Miss Fortune deals less damage against them and in team fights, the 3rd tank build a Randuin's Omen which not only reduces attack speed but also lowers damage from critical hits. And that's just all on top of the armor those items provide that reduces the damage she can do to 3/5 of their team. And then on top of the items you have to consider the champions abilities, Tahm, Leona and Ryze all have some nice CC on them that can prevent someone like Miss Fortune to do as much damage as she likes, Tahm specifically has CC that deals nice damage and keeps a opponent from doing anything at all for a good long while often leading to their death soon after.

AND on top of ALL of that we have this;

MF = 13/x/14 TK = 12/x/21

So Tahm Kench is in more fights then Miss Fortune yet still deals less damage then her as shown on the graph. And somehow you see this as him doing more damage? Are you just retarded or what?

EDIT: You can go even further and look at the KDA's of the other players, Miss Fortunes team has a better Assist spread, this means that Miss Fortunes team was usually working together more which leads to them dealing less damage to champions individually since when you attack an opponent as a group the damage you have to do to bring someone down is divided amongst your group instead of having to do it all yourself.

Tam does massive percent damage. If he hits tanks with this it will inflate his damage to champs very quickly. Also as a tank it is much easier for tam to do consistent damage while mf has to position. Also mf's team shouldered more damage. Teammates doing damage means that there is less possible damage for her. It is actually very common to see a fed tank outdamage a carry for reasons like this.

Totally balanced...... [zombie-nunu-tears]

Others have already pointed out that MF was dealing with MR and Tahm wasn't being itemized against, but in addition to that, you have to realize that if Tahm is doing that much damage, then he is using his W for damage, which means he contributes very little to the team outside of his (nearly entirely single-target) damage, whereas MF still can push immensely as an ADC. MF also has MORE damage dealt with LESS kill participation, so she does far more damage in each individual fight.

Because you let him.

Because no one on your team built items to mitigate his damage, the same not being true vice versa. It's like asking "Why did Garen deal an equal amount of damage as me in a fight?" He actually didn't if there were no defenses involved, but since he has a lot of defenses and high base damages, he ends up dealing the same damage.
