Is Mundo going to be looked at any time soon? Particularly his E

Mundo's E cries for a rework. Sure it's nice and gives him some physical damage to offset his magic damage but....

1-It has no counterplay 2-It's uninteresting 3-it's just free stats with no decision making. Am i going to AA something? Ok ill press E.

I'd love to see him get something else.

I'd also like his ultimate to get some love. Maybe the regen is higher early and then tapers off? I just feel like it's super hard to use effectively and not get bursted down
