The hell is that Jax nerf?

It ain't even a nerf. 40 Damage late game off his ult doesn't do anything, especially considering he doesn't build guinsoo's anymore. A real Jax nerf would be removing a lot of the base resistance from his R active, but increasing the scaling. This way he'll actually die sometimes. Also nerf his E please. An idea I had would be: At level 1, his E can stop 2 autos until the stun automatically happens. Level 2, it stops 2. Levels 3 and 4 it stops 3 and then level 5 it stops 5. The numbers are probably shit but the idea is what I thought would be good. This way he can't soak a minion wave and chunk you with it. Also increase his cooldowns please. E cooldown being like 5 and his leap being 4 late game is cancerous.
