How do i make my alt tabbing fast?

I am a person who alt tabs a lot to play music or skip a yt ad.It takes me like 30 to 40 seconds to alt tab ,skip and then 30 to 40 seconds to come back into the game.I dont know if that may seem nothing to some people but its really annoying for me.I have my stuff in league either off or medium.I have so much free space on my disc because i followed a guide on youtube,my computer and desktop is legit ugly af now but a lot of stuff works faster,league doesnt.Any advice?

Set the game to windowed mode.

If it takes that long for you to alt+tab then the best thing you can do is buy a new computer. The next best thing is to change to borderless windowed mode.

Press and hold down Alt then quickly press Tab

Darkdemon653 is right. Switching to windowed greatly improves tabbing out speed.
