IS there any chance Lucian will get any changes?

Is there any chance that he will get a change before next season? He still feels really weak and with the masteries he uses also getting nerfs that only stands to worsen. Similar situation happened last season and he was bad most of the season until the Botrk rework and then he was only strong because blade was overtuned. Is is possible able to get anything changed so he doesn't have to be perpetually weak for half a season until another bust item or mastery comes around. Like i'm not saying an out right buff but something needs to be done so that he doesn't have these ridiculous periods of being overbearing tier to trash tier that he cycles through every year.

Have you seen him go mid? He is totally safe, has good wave clear, and hits a strong mid-game power spike.

He does not do you not see his curret win rate and win rate before and after 25 minutes. Its abismal. He gets out scaled by basically every other adc and mid laner. And You can even say that its just because bad players are playing lucian. his play rate is about 8%. Meaning even the good lucians aren't doing good with him right now.

The entire lane is dependent on the support, not the carry. Lucian can be an oppressive lane bully against most match-ups, he's just like Draven pretty much.

He is no where near the level of draven, mf, varus, and jhin. His win rate is the lowest among adcs. He loses hard late and barely is decent before 25 minutes but is outshined by every other adc. Where do you even see lane bully as strong as Draven? Have you played against Draven and MF and then compare it to lucian? You can't be serious with he is a lane bully that is as strong as draven you don't even know the game if you believe that.

Anywyab back to what i was saying. He has the lowest win rate in bot and his win rate mid is bad. You are literally a liability with him at this point. The numbers even back this up on every stat website.

Lucian is one of those characters that has to be hard to balance. He has a pretty high skill ceiling allowing people who master him to get more out their character than other adc's. He also has a ton of mobility making it hard to add more outright damage. A small range change can have massive implications for him as well. He is just in that group of champs that can be a massive pain or meh.
