PSA: Disenchant any skin shards you don't plan to upgrade before preseason

Riot will be devaluating the amount of Orange Essence you get from disenchanting skinshards when preseason rolls, so if you have any skin you probably won't be upgrading, it's best to disenchant them now, otherwise you'll be losing out on OE.

I need proof of this, every single thing ive heard from riot says otherwise, oe and be will be changed(worth 1/6 as much) but you will be EXACTLY compensated(6x) for the change afterwards.

Need a source or this is false.

No, they aren't. They've said OE will not have any changes done to it. Only BLUE Essence is getting changes.
