@Riot Any reason why you didn't mention Fiora attack speed nerf in patch note 6.6?

So I just checked and this change actually went from PBE to live server, but it didn't appear in patch note 6.6. Some guy in the other thread doesn't know about this and thought Riot reverted this change. What's the point of keeping it secret?

Note : If you don't know it yet, her E attack speed buff used to buff 50% of her total attack speed, and now it just bonus attack speed. It's a pretty huge nerf if you ask me.
