Why is Poppy considered not meta nowadays?

Why isn't she picked nowadays? My question isn't can you play her, so don't tell me the answer to that. If it's simply that their are people who do her job better, can you elaborate?

She was pretty strong at one point, but rune nerfs and nerfs to the damage in her kit caused her to fall out of favor.

from what i hear she just has less durability then the average tank and less damage then the average buiser

she just is the least of both worlds making her not strong enough to kill and not durable enough to survive long

poopy not durable? she's one of the few that can tower dive level 4 for a gank and get a kill out of it and take very little damage. unless that changed she gets a lot of resists and becomes very tanky throughout the game.

Many champs that have high winrate doesnt have much dashes, so her W is basically useless.

Poppy is a champ that excels when mobility champs are strong.

I'm glad I don't have to see that toxic piece of shit in my games anymore, her entire kit is designed around running away from fights which is stupid

IIRC the main reason she's fallen off is there were series of nerfs to her base damage and innate tankiness to tune her down to more manageable levels (she was THE premier hypertank for quite a while), combine with changes to her core items (adjustments on Sunfire and Iceborn in the tank update) and main runes. And yeah, there are just other tanks do what she did but better while offering slightly more, coming form buffs/reworks. Maokai can soak damage and disrupt better than she can atm, and so can ornn and galio (and even to a degree singed nowadays).
