Can we fix Syndra's E?

Currently, if you want to Q E combo for the stun and you want both the q and the stun to hit, you're going to have to position the sphere in between you and the person you're casting it on for the stun to hit.

This means that you're going to be positioning your Q closer to you, rather than dead center on the target. This makes it much easier for the enemy to dodge the sphere.

Also, the hitbox is much smaller than the diameter of the sphere.
