Just 1 troll 1 fucking troll is all it takes for you to waste your time and lose a game ITS FUCKING RIDICULUS. Im sick of this players than can just troll a game and get away with it and they even laugh when you tell them they will be reported BECAUSE YOUR PATHETIC SYSTEM IS TRASH.

There should be a system similar to the tribunal where voluntary players can go and see a game IN REAL TIME and be the witness and ban that player ON SIGHT.

There is 0 fear 0 fucking fear for players to troll games

And when people start kicking people who are playing off meta, don't know the full story, or said trolls use the system to abuse the system, what then?

still better then the trash we currently have, if players are banned unfairly then can always place their case for REVIEW, but with todays system NOTHING fucking NOTHING is happening.

Another problem is that some people are too quickly to jump on people who might just be having a bad game, because those do happen. Also, I don't see how potentially giving power to trolls outside of the game is a good idea or better then what we currently have. At least in game, you can report them.

Even if a troll gets banned.

They can just make a new account within 2 minutes.

Getting banned isn't really a punishment.

As far as I'm concerned the best punishment for these types of people who troll and waste people's time is simply existing. They are the ones who have to live with themselves. They're obviously extremely sorry and pathetic people. If you are so mentally unstable that you will troll an entire game and waste 4 other peoples time over something usually very minor I feel so sorry for you.

Riot is never actually going to waste time trying to punish these types either. They are career trolls. They rage over whatever it is that triggers them and simply start soft inting or roaming the map stealing resources from the team. Stuff that makes it incredibly difficult for you to play around but not strictly against the rules. They usually don't talk after they start either so that they cannot be punished by reports for verbal abuse or hate speech.
