I am really excited for season 9. Yes, there will still be bad balance changes. But 3 things I am super pumped about 1, Urf. I love urf, its so fun, and with the canons, you know there's more feeding :) Then there's kayle and morgana. I am not supposed to be surprised. I am a huge morgana fan. And her changes are going to be really minor. But the thing I am most excited about is the new support :D. Lots of class based games lack support but has lots of DPS. And league has no exceptoin. Like probably 15 or under can heal or at least shield. The teaser image looks pretty good too :) wonder if it will be the new pyke of S9. I hope not

Sorry to burst your bubble but Morgana is only a visual update until they let us know further. They tried minor gameplay changes but didn't like anything for her, and said they were fine with her being as is if nothing benefited her greatly or made her better than her kit already is.
