Petition to NOT Rework Ezreal

Let me start off by saying a few things about Ezreal :

  • I do not play him (often).
  • I do not think his interaction with item 3025 is healthy.
  • I will admit that his kit has caused problems with on-hit items (item 3285 and Runeglaive) in the past.

However, people are calling for a full rework because his kit is 'impossible to balance' around on-hit items, which I think is an extreme overreaction. He was released more than 5 years ago, and only recently has his Q interactions been a problem. Part of this is new items, part is new strats with old items, but Ezreal's kit hasnt changed (much, besides his W maybe). And while I don't play him, I think Ezreal fits a good niche roll, of a poke-spamming, ability-based adc. His kit works pretty well (with or without item 3025) , and there is no reason to make huge changes to the champ.

He should be reworked quite honestly. Not because he is OP but rather because: "Can't make that item because Ezreal would abuse it. Can't make that item either because Ezreal would abuse it." Rework him to have mainly one Kind of scaling, not letting him scale with AP AND AD.
