The thigh guy1 votesIt was just nerfed. -.- at level 18 it reduces armor by 19. so get more than 19 armor and a large chunk of its stats are gone. get a little more than 19 armor and the passive begins to fall off. They did nerf duskblade. that passive used to give TRUE DAMAGE. (although changing it to physical damage did buff zed >.>).
