would this warwick idea work (mechanics, interactions)

thinking of trying this warwick 20% cdr quints / blues. scaling hp yellow. attackspeed red. fervor of battle

black cleaver cinderhulk banshees titanic hydra boots randuins

so if ipress R on their TANK lategame to engage. i will jump on him and blast 5 titanic hydra strikes in 1 second. and im protected by banshees shield from 1 of their CC (hopefully)

those 5 strikes would deal something like 600 physical damage behind my target, and reduce the armor of everything hit by 25%

and my ultimate has a nice 40 second cooldown with 40% cdr

does this interaction work between black cleaver and titanic hydra? i wonder if it would
