i'm quitting league of legends for a while (if i come back)..

.. i'm gonna find another game that works on mac.

(and yes this is a gameplay topic - because gameplay is the exact reason i'm leaving)

details:

none of the characters work in the game the way they should.. and as a result, it's not fun to PLAY..

i used to have dreams of making it to the diamond league, but with all the champs available, i can't find one that i feel at home with, both - in concept and in ability loadout.

this game sucks to me.. i should play a game that i dont have such high expectations of.

extra details:

Elise is not my favorite character. . . but can Elise defeat "Venom" from marvel vs. capcom, or does she have nothing to offer as "the queen of spiders"?

don't misunderstand me, i don't want Elise to go up any tiers or even be more powerful. . . . . . i just want champs to be fun to play for people other than those who just like to win champ vs. champ fights.

Champions should have abilities that are fun (for the kinds of people who like them) to use.

Champions should speak to people who have things (persona archetypes) in common with them.

when you BUY or PAY FOR a Champion, you should not be disappointed with your purchase.

as a comsumer/player you should be satisfied that the Champion you purchased was worth your money every single time you start (AT LEVEL ONE) in every game.

Q: do the abilities of the champions reflect their personalities?

A: no.

the gameplay sucks here enough for me to scavenge for another game that works on a mac for a while. . . so im gonna do that.

*on a note, btw:

Riven, Karma, Sona, Katarina, Nami and Kayle are the only champs that i have purchased (and played with) that work the way i expected them to in game based on how they struck me as characters.

but i don't want to just play these 6 limited characters all the time.

so i'm out to find something less stressful.

then leave. why say it? just go you dont have to post a sob story cause most people thing a majority of the champions fit there theme or remotely close to it. Peace dude

i just posted this so that the people who know me can find some kind of clue as to why i vanished since im not going to sit there and message them all and leave it up to Riot's glitchy servers to retain my messages long enough for them to be delivered.

neway archetypes of champs are not thought out in this game to the extent of in game performance and i'm not pleased.

i'm better of playing a game that i inherently expect less of.

. . . i mean even though Riven and Kayle's abilities are a solid beast. (And even thoe i have not not play Syndra yet) i seem to feel her abilities are pretty solid also. . .

but no too many champs are there for me to be in love with so. . . idkwtt. . . (i dont know wat to think)...

i expected Elise to like. . . maybe cast a web on the floor or something. . . (was that stupid? maybe i hav too many e-boyfriends idk)

i expected Elise to be awesome because i didn't even like her like that. . . and every character or class that i don't like like that always turns out to be broken by the time i learn what it really does.

... in fact most of the girls in the game sucks and i really find it sexist.

as a gamer girl i find that i have more reason to play games in "trying to be more attractive to the geek guys in the scenes who play them" and "making my boyfriend happy" and "trying to prove that girls play games too" than i do in actually enjoying the game(s). . .

im sorry im a very blunt person, i don't care if im losing points for my team by telling the truth (cause i have faith in God) so im gonna tell the truth.

theres not much going on in games that speaks to women. and there never has been, really. im being honest.

but yet, i see that guys want girls to play games with them so bad, but the worlds they create virtually are as sexist as the ones they project irl. . .

id rather do my nails (or get them done rather) than put it off because im constantly rapping on a keyboard which would fuck wat i paid for up. . .

and i know i put more money into LoL than most male players who frequent for longer and more often than i do. . . unless their pro or trying to be or something. #facts

so, im out. . . i hate this crap. . . nothing here is natural to the concept first imagined and i hate that. its not "true" or "pure". so what am i spending my money for??

sure i like to rip it up with riv. . . but even that gets boring eventually. . .

doesn't evenryone have a champ that they love so much that they would play forever if they only had to choose just one???

i would simply wish there was a champ that i would give my all for and make sure i selected right away every time they were in free rotation. . .

i'll tell you why. . . because the Champ ability loadout sucks so bad, that i cant find a reason to favor any champ over another. . .

Sona (everyone plays even though i have skins for her and they dont)

Soraka (everyone whores even though i have skins for her and they dont)

Nami (omg get off her i have skins AND colors)

Riv (i have every skin and the boys just like the bunny outfit)

you know something. . . the BOYS here make me not want to play (when they decide to be trolls). the girls i seem to get along with, we have "camaraderie" by being gamer girls..

but the boys can be dumb when they dont appreciate us playing and its getting old real fast too. . .

but that's off topic. . . this is about gameplay not player behavior. . .

so like i was saying about champ abilities and how champions should sell themselves to the players/consumers:

if spiderman or "venom" wtvr was in LoL as guest characters, they would fkn kill Elise and she's the "queen" of spiders??

Elise's abilities are not thought through. . .

LeBlanc or whatever i tolerated even though the range of her abilities is too small to make what they are supposed to do valid or effective...

it doesn't matter if your skill level is beginner or pro, a character/champ should have the same capabilities in game.
