Jayce's "Buff" Doesnt Change Much

I saw Jayce was getting a buff this patch on his R (Which made me happy beens i main him).

Anyways, before patch I was doing 330+ magic damage with R (Hammer mode).

After patch, same build, I do 305+ magic damage with R.

Both of these are tested on creeps and on Gromp. I just dont understand the buff I guess. The build I used has 505 damage (at level 18 and with Damage Elixir). Anyone else have this problem?

It simply wasn't a buff at all. not much else to say.

Not sure where the 300+ magic you are talking about it is coming from, but when I start my games with 75 ad, my R has +10 AD on it. It's not a big buff, but it's a welcome one.
