Can Aatrox get some temporary slight buffs?

Until he gets his full rework, can he get some slight buffs? Sure he's got a decent winrate, but that's because he only people who play him are one-tricks, and doesn't represent the majority of the playerbase. At the very least, let his ultimate scale with AD, or just remove the AP scaling altogether. His bloodwell/hellbent passive is also pretty bad right now, and doesn't really work too well, especially late game. Maybe they could make it only cost 3 abilities to fill it up instead of 5?

As somebody that did play him a lot, giving him hellbend in 3 stacks would be incredibly broken, you could get hellbend of in under a second starting from level 3 if you make this the default. His hellbent is also not weak in late game, it is the reason why his winrate spikes in the late game

I mean with the new 900 gold grevious wound thornmail, he's going to need some serious buffs since you can basically buy that item and destroy him in lane to the point where hes useless.
