@Riot Cactopus & Grumbles; Pre Season Rune Pages
I've just read your PreSeason Q&A and I must say: We/I need more rune pages!
######Heres just some rambling, you can skipp to the white stripe if you want Yes, I know we get 5 fixed ones and 2 extra (uncertain if they "balance out" the 2 runepages which we get as starting ones (aka. which werent "unlocked") or not). But I dont view these new "Rune Pages" as equals to our current Rune Pages! Why? Because the current Rune Pages are fixed in champ select, the new ones are still editable, like our mastery pages! So I compare them to our mastery pages, which we can have 20 in total and for free.
I started to play this game back somewhere at mid season 2/start 3 and still have at best 25% of the champion pool (the cheapest 25%) and only 8 Rune Pages, always only bought at the 2 for 1 runepage deal. As you can see I am not the most activ player and I hardly ever have any IP left, but I consider myself a theorycrafter and here beginns the trouble! As a theorycrafter I mess with alot of stuff, every role every champion and try and test new things and strategys left and right. I have spent more time in the practice tool than in games this season... I'm also in the 1% or even 0.001% who has over 100 itemsets. And also would love to be able to create more, and the itemset creator could use some work but all that is another story...
Enough with the rambeling, what I'm trying to say is this:
"Only" 20 Mastery pages are already an extrem struggle because I like to theory craft a stragey/layout for something and with 130+ Champs I already had to delete/reedit them quiet alot and it always feels like I'm killing my own children, but with only 10 (possibly only 8) new "Rune Pages" I'm mayorly screwed.... literally! I could barely live with my hard grinded 8 Rune Pages, it wasnt pleasnt with only 8 but survivalbe, but it is certainely not with only 10 (at best) new "Rune Pages"! (which are basically mastery pages) And its impossible to make and especially "safe" strategys for over 130+ champions....
So as a theorycrafter, a gamer, a human could you consider to up the amount of pages/extra pages we get? Yes, I know buisness, I know..... truste me, I know! There are some problems. But yes I'm willing to earn them, free is nice and good but some effort is definitely ok, but its certainely not possible for me if its equal to the current rune page grind pace. It would take me years to get to my bare minium needed 20 pages at this rate.... (Also up to the limit, 20 is not enough, need more :P)
That beeing said thanks for your time! I hope you can grant or atleast discuss things like these with the team, that would make small little theorycrafter happy already! (but granting this would make him even more happy, just saying... ;D)
P.S. Dont you dare to think about removing my itemsets down to 20! I dare you! I will haunt you in your dreams! I will give you the worst earworms possible! I will look for you and I will find you and I will..... bake you some muffins!
