In Regards To MMR

If you break neutral for you games (win/lose/win/lose/win/lose) or (lose/lose/win/win/lose/lose/win/win) then shouldn't your mmr stay the same? Why is it that I'm getting less and less LP the more games I win? I went from getting 20-22 lp a match to getting 18-19 lp a match and losing a consistent 19. Then, after my latest win, it dropped down to 16 lp after winning 5 games in a row. That is to say, I'm still sitting at a 52% winrate with about 300 games. Granted, I've been howevering between divisions 2 and 3 of my rank and demoted to 3 and failed my promos 7 times to get back into 2. Could that be an account of why my MMR is shot?

If that IS the case, then promo games within divisions are retarded and should be discarded. It's frustrating enough as is. Or, having reached a peak rank and getting demoted, you shouldn't have to go through promo series for that division again as it makes no logical sense and only adds to the demographic frustration of league.
