A few weeks ago, Morg was the number 1, pick or ban champion and she is still really strong and doesn't need buff, but why has she fallen down from top tier in favour of leona and blitz?
Edit: Thanks for this guys, it is interesting to see that the meta itself along with buffs/nerfs in other roles, affects which champions are strong is the role in question

WukongMain2 votesProbably has alot to do with the raise of tanky junglers. Morgs playstyle against tanks might not be the best, whereas Leona and Blitz add to the tanky-meta thats currently on the raise
Skia Asteri2 votesMorgana support becomes less useful the easier it is for the other team to pop her shield before its duration expires and the more tanks there are than can take a binding and live.
Against double AP comps that give up a tank, it means she has to be in a solo lane to be useful (double AP comps are countered by double AP with Morgana). Against teams with lots of tanks, the rest of her kit other than the shield is less useful leading to her only being a good pick if there is someone who is important enough to protect from CC to make up for the lack of damage.
Now if they would just revert the last nerf to her ult's base damage so it would be better in every way that Kennen's except for reliability...
